Champions Horse Transport
After taking over Champions Horse Transport in 2007 Troy has worked hard in gaining a loyal client base throughout South Australia.
Along with Light Park Equine Troy’s vast knowledge and experience enables him to handle difficult horses with minimal fuss
Our floats are late model, well maintained trucks.
All floats are fitted with surveillance cameras. The driver has a full view of all horses while they are travelling. Once considered by the industry to be a luxury, surveillance cameras are now an essential tool used by the driver while travelling. The driver will know straight away if there is a problem with one of the horses and can address the situation immediately.
Full Stallion Dividers
For the safety and protection of each horse on the float, the dividers between each horse are full stallion dividers. Each divider has hanging rubber to the floor.
Rubber Mat Flooring
For comfort, we choose to put rubber flooring throughout the float and cover the floor with wood shavings so that the horses have a soft surface to stand on.
A major key that contributes to keeping a horse healthy in transit is to have good ventilation and plenty of fresh air whistling through the float. Our floats cope with the hottest weather conditions, which we incur on a regular basis when travelling throughout Northern South Australia.
