Cattle donors backbone of campdrafting

by / Wednesday, 22 February 2017 / Published in News Around The Drafts

It’s true what they say, without generous cattle donors Campdrafting could simply not survive.

Cattle donors are selfless people, businesses, companies and families that donate the use of their cattle during a weekend of Campdrafting. These do it for the love of the sport, for the spirit of their local community and to support a charity.

Committees Australia wide are grateful.

The Australian Campdraft Association ensures these valuable assets are managed to animal husbandry and welfare standards by stipulating to committees that cattle must be of a suitable size and in a healthy and strong condition and may only be used once at the same venue.

So when at your next campdrafting event, thank these generous cattle owners for your next round!
